Pepaya dikupas, dipotong segi 4 kecil-kecil.&lt;br /&gt;5. Setelah tetelan cukup masak, ditambahkan santan. Kacang dicuci direbus, hingga empuk.&lt;br /&gt;4. Semua bumbu diparut, kecuali terasi dan daun salam.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bumbu yang telah diparut, diaduk dengan terasi dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;6. Dimasukkan bumbu beserta daun salam dalam kacang, kemudian direbus sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;7. Semua sayuran dibersihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Papaya muda dipotong tipis-tipis ½ cm, panjang 4 cm, nangka muda dipototng-potong tipis seperti papaya.&lt;br /&gt;3. Batang pisang dipotong-potong tipis ½ cm, ditambah garam, lalu diremas dan dicuci (tidak boleh hancur). Daun singkong direbus tersendiri lalu dipotong-potong.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kelapa dibakar, kemudian dihaluskan bersama-sama bumbu lainnya.&lt;br /&gt;5. Roroban dididihkan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sayuran dimasukkan, mulai dari bahan yang paling susah masaknya, yaitu pertama nangka muda, batang pisang, daun singkong, dan pepaya muda.&lt;br /&gt;7. Nangka muda dipotong lalu diremas sampai hancur.&lt;br /&gt;4. Sebagian dari bawang merah diiris, digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;5. Semua bumbu dihaluskan kecuali daun salam dan daun sereh.&lt;br /&gt;6. Sayuran dibersihkan dipotong-potong.&lt;br /&gt;2. Air dididihkan, sayuran dimasukkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Daun belimbing dicuci bersih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Direbus sampai matang dan diperas.&lt;br /&gt;3. Bumbu-bumbu dihaluskan, bawang merah dan cabe terus digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lada dan ketumbar ditumbuk halus.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bumbu dicampur dengan daun belimbing terus diaduk hingga rata, dibubuhi lada, ketumbar dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;6. Anak pohon pisang dibersihkan, lalu dipotong-potong bulat gepeng setebal ½ cm.&lt;br /&gt;2. Ditaburi garam, ditekan-tekan sampai lemas, dibiarkan sebentar, kemudian diperas.&lt;br /&gt;3. Daging direbus sampai lunak.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bawang merah dan bawang putih diiris; sebagian digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;5. Cabe rawit sebagian diiris-iris lalu digoreng sebentar, ditambah terasi dan garam yang juga digoreng sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;6. Bumbu-bumbu semua dihaluskan kecuali daun salam.&lt;br /&gt;7. Kalau daging sudah hampir lunak, batang pisang yang sudah diperas dimasukkan.&lt;br /&gt;8.
